Orders placed outside of working hours, Sundays and/or during any public holidays will be deemed placed on the first working day following the Order's submission. Delivery timelines are estimates and delay may inevitably occur. Time shall not be considered of the essence. Order delivery may face delays during promotion periods, sale season and public holidays. We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control, including where you are not available to take delivery of your Order, or you request a postponement of the delivery. It is your duty to ensure you are available to receive the Order delivery. Our couriers may make up to 4 phone calls to book the delivery time slot with you and will make up to 3 attempts to deliver to you before your Order will be cancelled.
Address Changes & TrackingOur Customer Care team will be happy to assist with changing your preferred delivery date and address should you require. However, if you have received an email informing you that your order has been dispatched, we won’t be able to change your address. Returns Policy
If you decide to return the instrument, you must notify us via phone or email within the first 72 hours after delivery. We will then issue a Return Authorization. We will not accept any returned items that do not have a previously arranged Return Authorization.
When sending the instrument back to us, please ensure it is packed to the same standards in which it was received, using all supplied packaging. Once the instrument arrives back to us, we will inspect it to ensure it is still in the same condition in which it left our showroom. Once this inspection has taken place, RJ Luthier will issue a refund for the full purchase amount within 14 days.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer on all musical instrument orders.
If, upon inspection, a guitar is not returned in the same condition it was sent to you in, a restocking fee may be deducted from the refund issued.
